Technical Sales Engineer

A Snapshot of Your Day
As the primary customer interface you coordinate cross-functional resources to meet client expectations. You develop technical solutions and pricing for surge arresters and insulators based on customer specifications, negotiate technical order details and release the required documentation. In addition, you advise on customer inquiries, gather market intelligence on competitors, prices and demand, and maintain customer relationships through regular visits.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  1. Customer interface; align internal resources to fulfil customer expectations
  2. Prepare technical and commercial offers for surge arresters and insulators per customer specification
  3. Technical negotiation and order documentation release for arresters & insulators
  4. Provide expert advice on customer product inquiries
  5. Collect market data on pricing, demand and competitor analysis
  6. Visit customers and expand business relationships
  7. Strict compliance with Siemens Energy policies

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1–3 years of high-voltage power transmission experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong English skills (CET-4 or higher)
  • High customer focus, excellent communication and intercultural competence
  • Open personality, resilient, team player with strong sense of ownership
