How to contribute to our vision 

  • Development Of Regional Documentation

  • Technical Writing and Improvements for the Work Instructions

  • Ensure response time of less than 48 hours and case completion/escalation within 5 days

  • Technical support providing solutions for not found, absent and incorrect documentation

  • Distribution tools (SharePoint, Fluix and SEFE) operation and support Seal path encryption and distribution

  • Continuous improvement of documentation distribution, usage and control.

  • Realizes the functional concept of solutions in a project by technical detailed solutions.

  • Help documentation team for creating draft documents by providing technical/quality/safety inputs

  • Should be extremely organized with respect to documentation and should be able to access the same asap.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time and work hands on in the turbine, if necessary

What you need to make a difference:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR

  • Associate Engineering degree with hands on work experience as a Technical Writer and Handling Documentation development OR

  • Diploma with on experience as a Technical Writer and Handling Documentation development.

  • Requires great verbal and written communication skills, customer service driven, professional and positive attitude all the time

  • Required bilingual English ( Mandatory ) and Spanish ( Desirable )
