  • Placement on organic farm or producer

  • Sales: merchandising, freshness checks, checkout, advice
  • Store management: ordering, inventory, campaigns, staffing
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• Additional certificate “Organic Food Retail” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude AEVO (year 3)
