Retail Management Apprenticeship – Schwandorf (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of your store – from product presentation to expert customer advice. You support daily operations, handle ordering, goods receipt and storage, implement marketing campaigns and work across checkout, bistro, cheese & bakery counters as well as the back office.

Your tasks

• appealing presentation of our organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• cashiering and till reconciliation
• executing promotional activities
• ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• planning and implementing sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring

• good school leaving certificate, ideally intermediate
• enjoy working with people, strong team spirit and excellent manners
• commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic products
