Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) - Bamberg (2026)

At Denns BioMarkt you will complete a varied apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant. You will rotate through all store areas – from fruit & vegetables to cheese, bakery and bistro counters, right through to the back office – learning how to present products, advise customers, operate the checkout, manage ordering and inventory, and plan promotions and seasonal campaigns. Equipped with sound knowledge of organic products, you will provide competent, friendly advice to our customers and help ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks:

• attractively presenting our premium organic foods
• providing comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• operating the checkout and balancing the till
• implementing marketing measures
• organising ordering, goods-in, quality control and storage
• supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• good school results, ideally a secondary-school certificate
• enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
