Job Description

• Develop and launch new business units and spin-offs
• Identify and validate market opportunities, design business models, scale new Enpal ventures
• Conduct market analyses, business planning, product development, partnerships, strategy and end-to-end operations
• Work in a top-tier team of founders, consultants and venture builders

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree (business, economics, natural sciences or similar) or gap year before master’s
• First practical experience (internships, working student jobs, volunteering)
• Strong analytical and communication skills, high quality standards
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
