Quality Manager in Projects

Your Role

As Quality Manager in Projects you ensure quality assurance across the entire project life-cycle. You adapt quality processes to customer-specific requirements, define QM task packages, review contractual requirements at proposal stage and identify quality-related risks and opportunities. You develop, control and improve project-specific quality plans, lead quality gates and milestones, manage customer and supplier interfaces on quality topics and co-ordinate contacts with authorities and external bodies. You train project teams in quality methods, steer non-conformance processes and drive lessons-learned and CAPA measures.

Your Profile

• 5–10 years’ experience in project and quality management, preferably on construction sites
• Proven track record in highly regulated industries
• Experience selecting and leading quality teams
• Confident handling of external stakeholders and authorities
• Experience in global, interdisciplinary teams preferred
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (10–20 %)
• Fluent English
