Your tasks
- Receive and prioritise fault reports from our stores (phone & digital)
- Coordinate and commission trades and service providers
- Maintain continuous communication with stores, provide status updates and clarify queries
- Review relevant lease content, e.g. responsibilities and repair obligations
- Document all processes in the internal system
- Ensure quality of incoming reports and forward to the right contacts
- Support recurring analyses and process improvements
Your profile
- Experience in a service centre, facility management or a comparable coordinating role
- Experience dealing with authorities is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of phone contact
- Structured way of working and good prioritisation skills
- Basic understanding of building processes helpful
- Confident use of digital tools and ticket systems
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient
