The Digital Service World division develops innovative digital solutions for our customers.To support the roll-out of our new customer app with an integrated loyalty program, we are looking for a committed intern (f/m/d) starting immediately for a six-month placement.
Your responsibilities
- Help shape the app & loyalty launch and accompanying relaunch campaign
- Maintain and update app content
- Analyse and report relevant KPIs to internal stakeholders
- Continuously improve the app through market and user analyses, testing and performance optimisation
- Build communication channels and develop concept ideas
Your profile
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) in Marketing, Communication or Business, with first experience in loyalty programmes advantageous
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics 365) and common marketing tools
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interest in digital products, mobile apps and digital marketing
- Analytical, committed working style paired with creative ideas and enthusiasm for digital challenges
