Your Responsibilities

As Application Owner you manage the Microsoft CRM system throughout its entire lifecycle: administration, customization, documentation, 2nd-level support and coordination of upgrades and releases.
You translate business needs from marketing, corporate communications, sales and quality management into CRM processes and design appropriate solutions.
From specification through testing to go-live, you guide users and provide training and support.
You coordinate external CRM service providers for enhancements and 3rd-level support.

Your Qualifications

Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training; career changers with relevant CRM experience welcome.
Several years of hands-on experience in CRM system maintenance or projects.
Solid understanding of CRM customizing, interfaces and data models; experience with Microsoft CRM or SAP C/4HANA preferred.
Analytical mindset, process orientation and ability to structure functional requirements.
Strong communication skills, team spirit and self-motivation combined with a structured, results-oriented approach.
