As Senior Partner Manager (f/m/d) you will win new solar- and heat-pump installers across Germany, guide them from first call to signed contract and open up sustainable energy for even more households.

Your role

• Identify and qualify new PV & heat-pump cooperation partners
• Reach decision-makers by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn
• Show installers how our financing platform drives their sales and excite them about the model
• Build and own your sales pipeline end-to-end
• Keep CRM (Pipedrive) updated with leads, activities and partner data

What you bring

• Solid B2B sales / business-development track record with closing responsibility
• Strong communicator: objection handling & negotiation come naturally
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you run your patch, pipeline and targets like your own business
• Fluent in German (spoken & written)
