Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees (m/f/d)
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in food retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a strong sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Initiative and high sense of responsibility
