Trainee Store Manager (m/f/d) – Töpen Region

Your tasks

Our 12-month trainee programme thoroughly prepares you for managing a Denns organic supermarket – your first leadership role.

As store manager (m/f/d) you are fully involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and drive your store forward.

Trainee programme – 12 months

• 4 months as deputy store manager
• 4 months as acting store manager
• 4 months induction as store manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial qualification
• At least two years of professional experience, ideally in retail, plus first leadership experience
• Commitment, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
• Openness to organic and natural products as well as new ideas
• Goal-oriented personality with leadership ambitions
