Working Student (f/m/d) – Back-office Support (Procurement)

Your tasks

At the Clean Energy Test Center you will handle a wide range of back-office procurement tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our testing activities. You will create purchase orders for the engineering team, track delivery dates, maintain supplier data and document purchasing processes. This is an ideal opportunity to gain practical experience in a technical environment while further developing your business skills.

Your responsibilities

• Create and process purchase requisitions for materials, tools and services
• Track order status from placement to delivery and provide regular updates
• Request quotations and keep supplier contact data up to date
• Support goods receipt and clarify minor delivery or invoice discrepancies
• Systematically file and manage purchasing and supplier documents

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Previous experience in administration, procurement or an office role is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong organizational talent and attention to detail
• Very good written and spoken German
