<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deploy digital worker-voice programmes with suppliers across Vietnam (remote & on-site)</li>
<li>Train and provide technical support to supplier management teams</li>
<li>Manage grievance cases and support investigation & remediation activities</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with suppliers on project status and feedback</li>
<li>Develop and update training material for suppliers and workers</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the global Client Services team</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience in supply-chain, social compliance, labour rights or sustainability</li>
<li>Fluent English & Vietnamese (written & spoken)</li>
<li>Background in customer service, compliance audits or CSR programmes</li>
<li>Self-driven, tech-savvy with high sense of ownership</li>
<li>Based in Vietnam, willing to travel domestically</li>
<li>Knowledge of BSCI, ETI, SA8000 or SEDEX standards a plus</li>
