Working Student Tech Product Operations & Enablement (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support the rollout of digital solutions across (international) markets
• Perform make-or-buy analyses, research software options and benchmark them against business requirements
• Design and deliver training material (e-learning, guides, workshops) for our proprietary software
• Act as first point of contact for software and tech-related queries, help users solve specific problems
• Track software usage and KPIs, identify technical bottlenecks and propose concrete improvements
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations and Engineering to ensure digital tools fit local operational workflows
• Manage end-to-end projects from research to user onboarding

What you bring

• Enrolled at a German university (Business Administration, Computer Science or similar), available at least 20 h/week
• Solution-oriented, analytical mindset paired with a proactive attitude; ability to take ownership and passion for renewable energy
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders across regions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a bias for action
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools like Miro & Notion; first programming experience or high affinity for software systems is a plus
• Fluency in German and English (min. C1)
