• Working time: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
• Holiday: 36 days per year

Your monthly training salary (gross)

• Year 1: from €1,190
• Year 2: from €1,290
• Year 3: from €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas & holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Practical experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• In-depth product knowledge of organic food & the Alnatura range
• Customer advice, product presentation, freshness checks, checkout
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, campaigns, staff scheduling
• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
