Civil Engineer / Architect (m/f/d) – Maintenance Project Manager

Your Mission – what awaits you:

• Project responsibility: You plan, control and implement challenging maintenance and retrofit projects in building construction, focusing on roof surfaces, roof safety systems, building envelope and interior finishing works.
• Team leadership: You lead interdisciplinary teams of internal departments, external service providers and authorities – from idea to completion.
• Operational safety: You ensure the legally compliant and economical operability of our building facilities and optimise their availability.
• Value preservation: You develop sustainable concepts for the long-term preservation of our real estate assets and prepare economic optimisation measures including feasibility studies and decision papers.
• Regulatory compliance: You guarantee adherence to relevant technical standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, VOB, etc.).

Your Profile – what you bring:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in planning and executing construction projects, ideally in existing buildings
• Understanding of economic, technical and legal interrelationships in facility management
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
