Working Student Test Automation – Solution Test Lab (f/m/d)

In our state-of-the-art Solution Test Lab you will conduct systematic tests of PV and battery systems, EV chargers and IoT components. You will work directly on test benches and, together with experienced colleagues, develop simulators and test-automation solutions for energy systems.

Your tasks

• Build and enhance a new Python-based test-automation framework
• Design and implement an EV simulator for repeatable charging-lab tests
• Co-develop a PV simulator to model realistic generation scenarios
• Execute software and hardware tests on inverters, batteries, energy meters and IoT devices
• Work closely with the lab team and share knowledge continuously

Your profile

• Advanced studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or comparable
• Solid Python skills
• Completed vocational training as an electrician preferred
• First practical experience in software or hardware testing
• Team player with high quality awareness and good German and English skills
