Retail Sales Apprenticeship (f/m/d) – Munich Bunzlauer Platz (2026)

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship you will discover every key area of our organic supermarket – from goods receipt and attractive presentation of organic foods to expert customer advice. You handle cashier duties, organise ordering and stock processes, implement promotional campaigns and work closely with a motivated team. A special focus is on advising customers on organic products and sustainable consumption. Training areas include fresh-food counters (cheese, bakery), bistro, sales floor and administrative back office.

Your tasks

• Appealing presentation of premium organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice on organic and natural products
• Cash handling and daily cash reconciliation
• Planning and execution of advertising and sales promotions
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal product placement and campaigns
