Your responsibilities
- Provide friendly support by phone and e-mail
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Collaborate on complex issues and develop solutions
- Manage contract matters and billing inquiries
- Identify process improvements and help implement them
Your profile
- Strong interest in the German energy market
- Experience in B2C customer service and CRM systems
- Customer-focused and a real team player
- Well-organised with excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and English
- Ready to commit long-term and help establish a new office
Your salary
€36,000 – €38,000 gross per annum (≈ €3,000 – €3,167 gross/month)
