- Team-oriented staff management
- Staff scheduling and holiday planning
- On-boarding of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
- Conducting inventories
- Proper product presentation and range maintenance
- Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store
Your profile
- Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, ideally with an organic focus
- Interest in organic food
- Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
- Initial experience in team-oriented management of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
- Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
