Operations Associate (all genders)

Raus lets city dwellers take time out from urban life in smart, eco-friendly cabins. Founded in 2021, we aim to bring as many people as possible “out” into nature. To expand our Berlin team, we are looking for reinforcement.

As Operations Associate you are the primary contact for our partner sites and ensure smooth daily cabin operations. You automate processes, coordinate service providers and help build a sustainable hospitality-tech start-up.

Your responsibilities

• Owner-level support of partners on all cabin-related questions and incidents
• Scheduling and management of trades, housekeeping and supply chains for flawless guest experiences
• Develop and implement cleaning, maintenance and documentation standards while controlling costs
• Drive process automation with digital tools; learn new systems independently
• Shape guest experience from idea generation to on-site execution

Your profile

• Technical/craft knowledge or strong interest in acquiring it
• Professional experience in operations/project management, preferably hospitality or holiday rentals
• Willingness to travel and enjoy working with partners in the field
• Pro-active, solution-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills
• Car driving licence mandatory
• Passion for sustainable nature tourism and personal love of the outdoors
• Fluent German and business-fluent English
