Mandatory Internship – 6 Months (m/f/x)

We are looking for mandatory interns (m/f/x) for our Berlin headquarters starting immediately for 4–6 months. After the internship, a long-term position as a working student is possible.

Your responsibilities

• Work on innovative hospitality projects along the entire value chain, from the production of new Raus cabins to guest check-out.
• Gain insights into all Raus departments: Guest Experience, Daily Operations, Marketing, Supply, and Business Development.
• Support the automation of processes and workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help roll out, equip, and set up our cabins at new locations.
• Use your technical skills to solve minor issues on-site and deliver the best possible guest experience.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or current university studies; first start-up experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and enjoyment of hands-on tasks and guest interaction.
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills.
• Passion for sustainability, nature-based holidays, and innovative travel concepts.
• Fluent German and good English.
