Working Student (f/m/d) – Development of Advanced Cooling Technologies for Gas Turbines

Location: Berlin

Department: R&D Technology – Large Gas Turbines

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare NX-CAD models for CHT-CFD simulations
  • Perform numerical heat-transfer analyses on hot-gas components
  • Set up and run automated optimisation workflows
  • Systematically evaluate test data from engine rigs
  • Draft technical project and test reports

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in mechanical, aerospace or related engineering with focus on aerodynamics/thermodynamics
  • Analytical mindset, high self-motivation and structured working style
  • Basic knowledge of numerical methods; experience with CAD (NX) and CFD (Ansys CFX/Fluent) is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
