People Partner, Operations

Oatly is hiring a People Partner, Operations to strengthen our U.S. team. This fully remote position reports to the Senior Director, People Operations and is responsible for supporting all areas of payroll, benefits & leave while ensuring HR compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run U.S. multi-state payroll accurately via ADP (monthly, quarterly, year-end close)
  • Oversee benefits administration & leave programs; serve as first point of contact for employees
  • Manage HR compliance & audits (EEOC, I-9, SOX, state employment laws) and register new state jurisdictions
  • Maintain HRIS data (Workday) and automate interfaces with benefits vendors
  • Lead global roll-out of payroll/benefits in Canada and Mexico
  • Provide reporting, SOP documentation and continuous process improvement

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years U.S. payroll, tax & benefits experience
  • 2+ years hands-on ADP and Workday, advanced Excel skills
  • Multi-state compliance experience; experience setting up systems in Canada/Mexico preferred
  • High accuracy, confidentiality and passion for process & automation topics
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
