Oatly invented the modern oat drink back in the 90s. Today oat is the most popular plant base for beverages and our Barista Edition tops the ranking of milk alternatives – a success we want to push further together.

From our Berlin hub we steer all activities for the DACH & Poland region. For the Swiss market we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to establish Oatly as the leading dairy-alternative brand.

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage and grow all grocery retail accounts in Switzerland together with the team
  • Acquire new customers and autonomously drive revenue and margin
  • Conduct annual and listing negotiations with independents and wholesalers
  • Plan forecasts in close alignment with internal sales and field teams for perfect in-store execution
  • Analyse customer potential and develop actionable concepts
  • Support cross-functional and international projects

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Min. 2 years key-account experience in FMCG, preferably food, in Switzerland or Austria
  • Willingness to travel (focus Switzerland) and residence in greater Vienna
  • Negotiation-level German and good English; French is a plus
  • Proven track record in new-customer acquisition and proficiency with data tools (e.g. Nielsen)
  • Structured, proactive working style and excellent communication skills
