Your responsibilities
- Full project ownership of EPC commercial New Energy projects for SMEs: rooftop PV, battery storage, heat pumps, EV charging and energy management
- Own cost, schedule and resource planning, ensure smooth, on-time delivery
- Work with planning & engineering groups on system design (roof layout, string plans, low-voltage switchgear, transformers, MV stations)
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and service providers on GC sites, safeguard quality, schedule and budget
- Drive stakeholder management (clients, grid operators, authorities, suppliers) and deliver projects successfully
- Optional: on-site construction management/supervision, enforce technical and safety standards
Your profile
- University degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 1–2 years EPC experience in commercial/industrial PV projects
- Solid technical understanding of LV switchgear, transformers, MV stations and relevant standards
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and high execution power
- Strong assertiveness on large construction sites
- Willingness to travel within Bavaria
- Negotiation-level German (C-level) and good English
- Resilient, communicative, structured
