Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Customer Field & Operations Team, driving performance and outstanding customer experience via phone, e-mail and all customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to forecasting, shift-plan optimisation and training schedules.
- Work closely with Tech, Supply Chain and Business Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Leverage Salesforce to continuously improve service quality, transparency and processes.
- Prioritise and coordinate short- and mid-term tasks.
- Oversee handling of subsidy, installation, scheduling and service requests together with your teams.
Your Profile
- Proven leadership of ≥10 staff, preferably in fast-paced environments (hospitality, logistics, scale-up).
- Stress-resilient leadership with calm decision-making under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and empathy in direct customer contact.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
- Technical interest or understanding of heat pumps and installation processes.
- Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
