EV Expert – Salary Sacrifice

Octopus Energy is growing its Electric Vehicle Sales Team in Weybridge and seeks an EV Sales Specialist to drive salary-sacrifice leasing sales directly with customers.

You will be the voice of Octopus Electric Vehicles, guiding customers from first enquiry to delivery, matching them with the perfect EV and explaining the financial and environmental benefits of salary sacrifice.

What you’ll do

• Qualify inbound leads and advise on EV & salary-sacrifice options
• Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry, quote, order, delivery, after-care
• Hit monthly targets while delivering industry-leading NPS
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow the customer pipeline
• Continuously improve our sales process and your own expertise

What you’ll need

• 2+ years B2C sales experience (SDR, SaaS, recruitment, automotive, fleet or leasing preferred)
• Proven success in a target-driven, CRM-based environment
• Resilient communicator with a passion for sustainability and electric vehicles
• Start-up mindset: adaptable, curious, ownership-taking

Package: Competitive base + uncapped commission + generous car allowance. Work from our Weybridge office 3 days per week.
