Join our new Driver Success Team, dedicated to maximising customer retention and satisfaction at the end of every lease. Rather than treat existing customers as fresh leads, you will build strategic, relationship-focused conversations that convert renewals, win back controllable leavers, and turn detractors into advocates.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-of-lease pipeline, guiding drivers through renewals, extensions and retention across salary-sacrifice, consumer and business-contract-hire products.
• Match each driver to their ideal next EV, explaining finance options and product benefits with confidence.
• Repair relationships after poor experiences, converting 1-star feedback into 5-star renewals.
• Work towards a shared team renewal-rate target, collaborating daily to hit the highest possible retention percentage.
• Deliver customer-obsessed service: prompt follow-ups, genuine care, and tailored solutions that make staying with Octopus the obvious choice.
