Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Holiday planning and onboarding of new employees and trainees
• Conducting inventories and product presentation
• Range maintenance and ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic products and enjoyment of sales with a strong customer focus
• First leadership experience e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
