Project Manager Digital HR & Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate international HR service processes across the entire employee life-cycle (on-/offboarding, time management, payroll).
• Design lean, user-centric target processes and support the roll-out of modern HR tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure full compliance with national and international laws and collective agreements; define globally valid standards.
• Work closely with IT and international HR teams to harmonise cross-country workflows.
• Create clear process documentation and conduct training/coaching for end users.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in process analysis & optimisation, preferably in HR services, payroll or time management.
• Sound knowledge of digital HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and strong project-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable qualification.
