Job Description

• Own complex, business-critical cases end-to-end (claims, legal issues, contract and payment adjustments), assess risks holistically and take entrepreneurial decisions with direct business impact.
• Derive process and structure improvements, initiate sustainable, scalable solutions and prevent recurring issues.
• Align stakeholders at all levels on strategic priorities and drive key company KPIs.
• Hands-on: optimize central operational processes and interfaces for lasting performance and scaling effects.
• Manage operational performance of selected teams through reliable reporting, forecasts and action-oriented insights.

Qualifications

• Top-tier Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (industrial engineering, business administration, etc.) plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• You structure complex topics quickly and prepare concise, decision-ready reports for senior management.
• You flexibly balance day-to-day operations with continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication lets you steer stakeholders and inspire teams to peak performance.
• Hands-on mindset, high ownership and reliable delivery of commitments complete your profile.
