The Latin America (LATAM) Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) team are the dedicated finance business partners to our LATAM Regional Sales, Construction, Service and Manufacturing operations. We are an internationally diverse team, physically located in multiple countries across the region. Together with our primary operational stakeholders, we focus on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering.

The Service Finance team specifically partners with Service Operations. As the Head of the LAT Service Finance team, you will be located at LAT HQ, São Paulo, BR, reporting to the LAT BPM Finance Senior Director, also located in São Paulo, BR. Your primary operational stakeholders will also be located in São Paulo, BR.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of the LAT Service Finance team, you will be the primary financial expert and problem solver for the Vice President of Service LATAM, as well as developing your financial team to provide similar services throughout the Service organization of the LATAM region. You will support the continuous improvement on analysis of relevant information for service operations to make informed decisions, both in current operations as well as multi-year strategic planning. Your team will work closely with the Reporting & Compliance Finance to ensure accounting is correctly completed, but your specific focus is on conducting value-add activities to operations, assisting to drive and deliver efficiencies.

• Primary financial resource to Vice President of Service LATAM

• Coordinate monthly closing activities for LAT Service Operations, including consolidation and analysis of:

o the current month P&L results versus budget & forecast,

o the revised quarterly & FY forecast versus budget & forecast,

o the risks & opportunities to be targeted to safeguard performance

• Provide financial reports and analysis to both regional and global management of LAT Service performance

• Review financial profitability & feasibility of new service deals

• Monitoring and forecasting of Service cash inflows

• Assist with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.

• Relevant experience with: Finance business partnering (project cost controlling & execution, cost analysis, business performance management)

• Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) required and SAP, SAP BI, SAP BPC experience is beneficial

• Minimum 10 years of financial analysis experience

• Experience in renewable energy, wind energy preferred

• Professional written and oral communication skills in English required

• Language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, Danish or German is beneficial

• Ability to work and join a culturally diverse and physically distant team

• Flexibility and motivation, some travel may be required

• Ability to work separately and with minimal supervision
