Your Scope of Responsibility

As Head of Service Management Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) you will lead a worldwide team of Regional TA Service Managers, ensuring recruitment operations are efficient, standardized and high-performing across the globe. Acting as the strategic link between our global TA vision and regional delivery, you will align processes, standards and tools to create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

Working closely with senior HR leadership, business area heads and cross-functional partners—HR Operations, People Analytics and more—you will balance global consistency with local agility so every region can achieve excellent hiring results.

What you bring

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Proven leadership experience in global TA, HR operations or service management
• Strong track record in process excellence and strategy alignment
• Skilled in cross-regional collaboration within complex matrix structures; experience with recruiting tools, technologies and metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English required
• People-first mindset to inspire and develop diverse teams
