Manufacturing Technician – Core Finishing, 1st Shift 6 am–2 pm

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will finish cores using files, ultrasonic machines and sandpaper, patch defects with alumina-based material and follow work instructions at our Gibsonton, Florida site.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Operate the Mercury system to log time and pull work instructions, meeting daily targets set by team leads.
• Run downdraft booths: switch on lights and dust-collection units.
• Inspect parts under magnification, identify defects and verify completion.
• Use diamond bits, sandpaper and pneumatic tools to remove die lines and tie bars from cores.
• Replenish materials at workstations.
• Handle hand tools including wrenches and Allen keys.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills in metric units; interest in industrial machinery.
• Ability to read engineering work instructions and mechanical aptitude.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Willingness to apply for U.S. export license; work with export-controlled technology under U.S. regulations.
