Your tasks

Handle product complaints from customers and trading partners
Coordinate with quality managers at manufacturing and supplier partners
Analyse product data, identify deviations and optimisation potential, initiate improvements
Ensure and continuously develop the quality of our organic products
Manage crises calmly and constructively within the team

Your profile

Degree in food-related field (food science, ecotrophology or similar); initial professional experience preferred
Passion for organic food and ideally industry knowledge
Familiarity with common quality standards and practical application
Holistic, customer- and solution-oriented mindset; precise and structured working style
Team-player, efficient, strong verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English; good French advantageous
