Your tasks
- Handle product complaints from customers and trading partners
- Coordinate with quality managers at manufacturing and supplier partners
- Analyse product data, identify deviations and optimisation potential, initiate improvements
- Ensure and continuously develop the quality of our organic products
- Manage crises calmly and constructively within the team
Your profile
- Degree in food-related field (food science, ecotrophology or similar); initial professional experience preferred
- Passion for organic food and ideally industry knowledge
- Familiarity with common quality standards and practical application
- Holistic, customer- and solution-oriented mindset; precise and structured working style
- Team-player, efficient, strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English; good French advantageous
