As a Senior Project Manager for Gas Service Controls & Digitalization projects, you will lead the execution of complex initiatives involving planning, procurement, engineering, installation, and commissioning of power generation equipment and control systems. You will apply recognized Project Management standards (Siemens Energy Project Excellence Guide, aligned with IPMA standards) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong focus on quality. Acting as the primary interface with customers, you will manage expectations and foster collaboration across intercultural teams. Your role demands technical expertise, leadership under pressure, and the ability to navigate urgent deadlines while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. An entrepreneurial mindset, partnership with cross-functional teams, and a customer-centric approach will be key drivers for overall project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and Siemens Energy Controls & Digitalization business area.
• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget (profit & loss responsibility).
• Lead and align cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Technical) across onshore and offshore locations.
• Oversee compliance with EHS, Quality, and Siemens Energy Project Excellence standards throughout execution.
• Drive risk management, schedule control, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Education: University degree in Engineering (preferred: Electronic, Systems, Computer, Electrical; also Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical).
• Experience: 8+ years in project management for energy or control system projects involving planning, procurement, engineering, installation, and commissioning.
• Certifications & Technical Knowledge: Strong Project Management expertise; IPMA Level C and/or PMP certification preferred; familiarity with power generation control systems.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Soft Skills: Customer management, strong communication, ability to work under pressure and urgent deadlines, intercultural competence, quality focus.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 30% (mostly domestic, occasional international).
