- Design, refine and scale operating plans, staffing models and scheduling strategies for a 24/7 service.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability and customer experience.
- Act as the public face of operations, cultivating trusted relationships with drivers, riders, community stakeholders and local partners.
- Define KPIs, analyse performance trends and convert insights into weekly/monthly actions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver high-level reports on performance, risks and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years leading complex operations; Bachelor’s degree required.

- Flexible problem solver who challenges the status quo and delivers creative solutions under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: USD 130,000 – 165,000 per year (final offer based on experience, skills and market; equity or variable pay may apply).
