Team Lead Customer Service & Install Support (f/m/d)

Customer Service

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Field & Operations Team, driving performance and outstanding customer experience via phone, e-mail and all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to forecasting, shift-plan optimisation and training schedules.
  • Work closely with Tech, Supply Chain and Business Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Leverage Salesforce to continuously improve service quality, transparency and processes.
  • Prioritise and coordinate short- and mid-term tasks.
  • Oversee handling of subsidy, installation, scheduling and service requests together with your teams.

Your Profile

  • Proven leadership of ≥10 staff, preferably in fast-paced environments (hospitality, logistics, scale-up).
  • Stress-resilient leadership with calm decision-making under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and empathy in direct customer contact.
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards.
  • Technical interest or understanding of heat pumps and installation processes.
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
