Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant for Organic Food – Ingolstadt Permoserstraße (2026 intake)

During your 3-year training at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store: ordering and caring for goods, customer consultation, checkout, marketing and promotions. You actively support shelving, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office to ensure smooth operations. Armed with solid product knowledge, you advise customers on organic foods and help the team every day.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cashiering and till reconciliation
• Implementing marketing measures
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Co-operating in sales campaigns and seasonal placements

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
