Global Talent Management Specialist (f/m/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a member of our global Center of Competence you will act as a strategic partner to the business and HR, designing and implementing successful Performance, People Growth and Talent Development strategies. You will ensure global consistency in our core processes and collaborate closely with global and regional HR teams to meet business needs. You will also aggregate the voice of the business and drive continuous improvement of our products and tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and support for talent initiatives
  • Lead project management to ensure timely, successful implementation of talent management strategies and new IT tools
  • Support performance and development processes and tools, ensuring effective execution, communication and enablement for HR and the business
  • Oversee the annual Talent Identification process and Talent Development programme, aligned with business objectives
  • Design and implement talent processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint)

What You Bring

  • Minimum 7 years of talent management experience with a proven track record in designing and implementing successful global/regional talent and performance processes and tools
  • University degree in business, psychology or related HR field; further training in Talent & Leadership Development, Coaching or Learning preferred
  • Experience in global matrix organisations; ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver customer-centric solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating global projects and implementing concepts worldwide
  • Passion for empowering others through empathetic coaching and team development
  • Strategic mindset combined with conceptual strength and excellent communication and presentation skills; high cultural sensitivity
