Responsibilities

As Solutions Architect you will shape our long-term architecture and ensure our platforms remain scalable, resilient, AI-enabled and API-driven.
  • Analyse business needs and design efficient solutions
  • Define and maintain the architecture roadmap and technical designs
  • Design API-first, contract-driven architectures
  • Co-develop AI-enabled patterns such as agent orchestration, tool-based reasoning and workflow automation
  • Build proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies
  • Create blueprints and decision records; ensure architecture governance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as Architect
  • Deep expertise in API strategy, management and design (REST, event-based, contract-first)
  • Experience with agentic-AI architectures: LLM-based systems, tool-augmented agents, orchestration
  • Proven track record designing microservices with strong decoupling and scalability
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft stack (.NET, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure)
  • Solid background in SOA, CQRS, Event Sourcing and observability/monitoring
  • Experience in global projects with distributed teams
  • Strong communication skills; fluent English

Additional Information

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days/month in office) or remote within Poland
Contract: Permanent
