Job Description

• Independently handle customer inquiries throughout the entire customer journey
• Turn customers into fans through personal phone contact
• Prepare, schedule and follow up Online-Ident interviews

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university for at least 1 year; preference for late shift
• Empathetic, communicative and a strong team player
• Customer-service experience welcome—career changers encouraged
• Service-oriented even with demanding customers
• Open to continuous process improvements
• Fluent German, written and spoken
