Join Axpo Renewable Romania and help shape the future of renewable energy. We are looking for a motivated professional to drive the development and realisation of our onshore wind projects.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable land for wind-energy projects, primarily in Romania
• Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, associations, local decision-makers and authorities
• Analyse regional wind potential together with the team and devise land-procurement strategies
• Negotiate lease and purchase agreements within company guidelines
• Liaise with landowners and other relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• Ideally 5+ years of land-acquisition experience, preferably in renewable-energy projects
• Strong networking skills and solid understanding of local dynamics and decision-making processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication expertise; fluent Romanian, English an advantage
• Self-reliant, structured working style in dynamic environments
• Driving licence category B
