Manufacturing Technician – Shell Dipper (Sun–Tue 6 am–6 pm, Wed 6 am–12 pm)

You will work with molds and the shell system, monitor all production specifications and manufacture parts of exceptional quality at our Gibsonton, Florida site.

How you make an impact

• Load molds into the Shell automated system following work instructions in Mercury; set up and troubleshoot automated equipment and auxiliary devices.
• Process components or semi-finished/finished products to engineering specs and quality standards while continuously driving improvement.
• Operate the sandblast cabinet and maintain good documentation practices.
• Perform basic or defined maintenance tasks; collaborate with maintenance techs and external service providers on repairs.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, Allen keys and screwdrivers.
• Additional duties and cross-training as required.

What you bring

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read engineering instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Position may require an export license from U.S. authorities; issuance is mandatory. Must be able to work with export-controlled technology under U.S. export law.
