Trainee Program for Service Technicians (m/f/d)

We are seeking technical talent for our unique trainee programme in the field of service and assembly of steam turbines.

Your responsibilities:

• Hands-on training in our production hall, rotating through stations covering service and assembly of steam turbines
• Every turbine is unique – no assembly-line work
• 1–2-year training period (length depends on your progress)
• Projects at sites across Europe; afterwards worldwide assignments as service technician (Americas, Asia)

Your profile:

• Secondary technical education (mechanical or electrical engineering)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Manual dexterity
• Communicative level of English
• Willingness to travel and spirit of adventure
• Category B driving licence (or planned acquisition)
